Description

St. Ben's is a neighborhood of North Center, and is located directly north of Roscoe Village.  St Ben's gets its name from St. Benedict's Church, which is located on its northern border of Irving Park Road.  The quiet tree-lined streets of St. Ben's has affordable housing ranging from brick two-flats and single-family frame homes, to newer townhomes and loft conversions.

St. Ben's well established community offers residents low-density living while having all the urban advantages. St. Ben's neighborhood has a small town feel.  Residents walk to the parks, local butcher shop and bakery, and being just northwest of Lakeview and Wrigleyville residents can also enjoy their many eclectic shops, wide variety of restaurants, lively bars, theater, and sporting events.
