Description

Roscoe Village, a neighborhood in Lakeview, is located 15 minutes north of the Loop between Belmont and Addison, and Damen and Western.  Less crowded than other neighborhoods in Lakeview and Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village's housing consists primarily of loft conversions, townhomes, two and three flats along with single-family homes.

With a small town feel, Roscoe Village has many eclectic shops, neighborhood grocers, bakeries, lively pubs and quaint restaurants.  Roscoe Village is also home to the largest collection of antique stores in a concentrated area in the Midwest, aptly known as Antique Row, which stretches five blocks, on Belmont from Damen to Western. Residents also enjoy easy access to other Lakeview entertainment venues, restaurants and shops.  

Roscoe Village's close proximity to the Kennedy Expressway and CTA's Brown Line allow residents to commute to the Loop or suburbs with ease.  Roscoe Village is a family oriented neighborhood, yet chic enough to attract urban professionals.  Roscoe Village is an affordable alternative to Lincoln Park.
