Rogers Park consists of two neighborhoods, West Rogers Park and East Rogers Park.  Low-rent housing and rental buildings once inhabited East Rogers Park, however, it has seen a substantial amount of appreciation over the past years.  Home of Loyola University, many students as well as professionals enjoy the spectacular lake and city views from the many high-rises that are now condominiums.  You can take pleasure in having the beach outside your door, while having affordable price points.

Along with high-rises, there are several courtyard buildings and single-family homes that are reasonably priced, and newly rehabbed.  East Rogers Park is the most northern neighborhood in Chicago, bordering with the town of Evanston.  Commuting to the Loop is a breeze with the El nearby, and Lake Shore Drive so accessible.
